Mini Bath Renovation

It’s not always a super dramatic change, sometimes we work with a client to improve the overall function of a space, by focusing on specific areas. This mini renovation was primarily to repair a leaking bathtub, address inadequate lighting, increase storage, and improve air flow. Once demolition was completed, there were a few surprises that needed to be addressed, adding to the overall budget. The original shower and tub were not built and plumbed correctly, increasing the pace of deterioration. We rectified the issues and completed the renovation.
